  1. In most cases of countries that at one time were positive to China and is now negative, it's 99% due to US influence/coercion. The US wants everyone to decouple with China while the US continues to trade with China. Lithuania received a $60M grant from the US just before it allowed the Taiwan embassy into its country. The UK originally told the US that it would continue to buy Huawei 5G equipment, until the US twisted the UK arm very hard. Sort of like Germany saying nothing at all when the US bombed Nord Stream.
