  2. Given that the llooding would mostly be on the east side (Russian controlled side) this seems to point to a Ukrainian operation to be blamed on Russia. After all the west was accusing Russia of bombing NordStream. But also it seems the Ukrainians think this may be a Russian trap and is holding off on advancing on Kerson city. The recent attack on the Russia warships in the black sea may be part of this operation, the ships in the black sea will have cruise missiles and perhaps Iranian drones. Once Ukrainian troops and armor come into the open and are spotted by Russian drones. Russia says just 1 warship suffered minor damage. But other rumors are 3 warships were damaged. If this attack was not fully successful, would the counter offensive be called off?
