  1. How can TSMC fall? The biggest risk is that the US will bomb TSMC if there is a chance Taiwan will reunit with China either peacefully or by force. The US bombing of NordStream tells you the Neocons will not hesitate to block China from getting the benefits of TSMC technology. But TSMC is building a fab in Ariz. And this fab will be on line before the Taiwan fabs are bombed.
