  1. well considering that this question is on par with "should the medically ill be able to vote?" the answer is yes. every human will deal with mental illness in their life at some point. its part of the human condition. so who decides how much is too much? sure if someones been adjudicated mentally unfit the deciding line is easy. but up and until then, someones voting rights (as well as 2A rights) are too important to put in the hands of someones elses discretion.
