Libs: There are still many Hindu majority towns and villages.

  2. Once there was secular India Then it became Islamic Pakistan and secular India. Within secular India there are now "muslim areas" and secular areas. Simply put Muslims were never secular at the first place.

  3. Quite surprising that tharoor ji had resorted to using the Islamists favourite word 'islamophobia'. So What's Islamophobia? Ans: Phobia means pathological fear of a particular event or thing .Ex:- Hydrophobia is fear of water. People in secular nations like West and India don't fear Islam but few of them may actually hate Islam. The so called Islamophobes are actually the Muslim atheists who fear execution/social isolation & religious minorities in Islamic nations like Pakistan and Bangladesh who are being constantly subjected to forced conversions, sexual assaults, murders, violence at schools etc. Here also 'phobia' is a misnomer because the threat is real and most of the times fatal.
