  1. Nature's law is always "survival of the fittest" and not "survival of honest." If a religion has to thrive, it must be either Militant or Missionary or should have high birth rates. If a religion has none of those qualities then it will fade away soon or later like many polytheistic faiths already did. So if a religion has all these 3 qualities then it would automatically becomes the fastest growing one.
