"treating every encounter like a tactical-situation" will increase the number of both cop & civillian deaths tenfold....how about revoking those cuts the last federal-Conservative government we had made to the CBSA; which Trudeau conveniently ignored once he took office? the Fed, the OPP & the Ontario govt. is a fucking circus; expect more rookies to get plugged in the coming months unless the parties involved start showing some common-sense.
