Anything that causes damage at or below the waterline to the hull requires dry dock. Alternatively, you can construct coffer dams around the damage to keep the water away during repair. Regular maintenance below the waterline requires dry dock too. For example, marine growth on the hull reduces velocity and must be removed. Special coating ablative paint must be periodically applied to keep this growth to a minimum.

When someone talks about the Ukrainian counteroffensive, commenting about the speed, the directions or efficiency and confidently states that something is "definitely not going according to plan," the main thing to remember is that before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian army was seriously called the "second army in the world", hysterically feared and not even imagined to be effectively fought against. The second thing to understand is that the person who makes this comment has NO access to the plan and is therefore incapable of assessing if it is ahead or behind.

@harrymoyes5069 I have no issues with the Ukrainian offensive thrusts. I think they are demonstrating masterful command of the battlefield, leaving russia to react, giving Ukraine the initiative. When people use the word "slow" to describe the Ukrainian offensive, they get that stock reply. Slow is a comparative word. Slow compared to what? General Zaluzhny's plan? Some random internet person's arbitrary expectations? What, exactly, is the schedule? I agree with you that another wave of conscriptovich is coming. It will be armed and supplied more poorly than the wave behind it. We may even see two or even three more waves of conscriptovich. Each with a concomitant degradation of capability. Future corpses. Glory to Ukraine!!!!!

This is informational, not argumentative. Big media like CNN do not give a fiddle-dee-dee about youTube's monetization policies. Big media uses youTube to advertise their content. If you don't care about the cash you get from YouTube, you have more freedom to show what you want. What is driving this? Advertisers on youTube do not want their products associated with gore or violence. TRD is trying to make a living. His videos are monetized and he does care when youTube puts a strike on him.
