  6. Its is straightforward. China's economy is dependent on manufacturing goods for export. Export to EU & USA. China has observed the sanctions on russia and does not want that. China has an interest in self preservation. Supporting russia means losing ~20% of their GDP due to losing their export market. China is not stupid, unlike putin.
