  1. Im so glad you are able to find and prepare good food for yourself. I have been learning much over the years about our food and where it comes from and what is added to it. I think many people have even minor health issues without realizing it. The "natural" flavors and colors added to our food often isn't natural and can disrupt your hormonal balance causing all kinds of problems. I eat "junk" now and then, but mostly try to stick to fresh food in its natural state and grass fed beef. Eating a completely healthy diet can be pricey but every little bit can help one's health. Anyway, I appreciate your words and now I'm craving coffee. 😊☕️
