  2. ​@N330AA Yes, a Western backed coup never happened. The Kiev coup government never attacked the Donbass for refusing to accept their authority. Russian was never outlawed in public life, Ukraine didn't relentlessly shell Donetsk for seven years. Ukraine never applied to join a military alliance that puts nuclear weapons all along Russia's borders.

  5. Cooper was right. this is a cult used to justify the "post war liberal order", not real history. On every metric he set himself, Churchill was a disaster. He destroyed the Empire, bankrupted the country, nad handed Poland and Eastern Europe over to Soviet oppression.

There are literally proposals (bu US military established thinktanks) on how America could get Ukraine into NATO so that Russia would bankrupt itself due to the increased costs of defending its incredibly long vulnerable border with Ukraine from forward deployed US forces and missiles. That's not a "pretext". The arrogance and delusion of people like you is really amazing "how dare anyone be bthered by potentially having the nuclear missiles of the most powerful country in the world, with a noted history of regime change and invasion, three minutes flight time from their centre of government"

The fact that Churchill was secretly funded by wealthy Jews who paid off his debts and maintained his lifestyle is a fact that almost no one knows, despite it playing directly into Nazi claims in an extraordinary way. If this fact had become public knowledge at the time, it would have ended his career.

  13. So Roberts' retort to Cooper's claim that Churchill wanted war with Germany and Hitler wanted peace with Britain is... that Hitler retook historical German territories? What a hilariously ridiculous non sequitur. Britain declared war on Germany, not the other way around.
