Once it hit here, even in small numbers, it was time to shut things down. Trump hemmed and hawed. Like many people, he didnt understand. was in denial, or for political reasons ignored the mathematics of exponential growth. There is a video record of his response. And lots of criticism from many outlets. And this was before things went to hell. Like the cdc guy said, if you think you are ahead of the curve , you are wrong. Trump seems finally to be heeding the word of the cdc and who people.   13.  @rogerc23 You misunderstood or I wasnt clear.I wasnt talking about the Chinese experience here at all. I meant the world uses the Chinese as slave labor today in China. And their govt is happy to oblige. Its brought a lot of people out of poverty from the countryside. Course they are slaves but they aint starving. But its also stuck them closer together..with easier virus transmission as a result. Pretty fuckin bad pollution too. They have to close down whole cities sometimes. What a mess.
