  1. The containment measure was supposed to be a travel ban when China declared lockdown on Wuhan. Everyone lost when WHO didnt impose it as global emergency and countries still keep airport continue traveling people around. Any measure after that like containment quarantine, temp checking, self quarantine, social distancing, washing hands, stay at home, school suspension, cancelation of events including church gathering, travel restriction on selected countries are all half measures.
