Cuomo's ordering Covid hospital patients be sent back to nursing homes to infect otherwise healthy people - despite the fact they had a huge 1,000 bed hospital ship and set up an emergency hospital in the Javits Center! Other states did the same! Another common denominator is that a majority of Covid victims were obese.
