  1. The law is clear. After the independent counsel law ran out, it was not renewed. And the Attorney General under law has NO AUTHORITY to appoint a special prosecutor bec. it bypasses the authority of Congress! But the Democrats are happy to play politics with people's lives! This judge if she follows the law should rule that Jack Smith was appointed illegally!
