  1. Democrat Jack Smith was brought in by AG Garland bec. he’s a muckraker! But he has a bad track record! Smith was REVERSED by a unanimous 8-0 Supreme Court which vacated the conviction of former Virginia GOP Gov. Robert McDonnell. Smith was also rebuked in the case of U.S. senator and presidential candidate John Edwards in North Carolina where a jury rejected the corruption charges brought by Smith and the DOJ! (I’m not a Republican or a Trumper)
