  1. The judge said there WAS an appearance of a conflict of interest. He cited Willis for a "tremendous lapse in judgment." He cited her for an "unprofessional manner" when testifying. And he said her rant playing the race card at a church service was "legally improper" hinting he might put a gag order on her! And Willis and her lover boy LIED on the witness stand! But the judge - who is up for election in weeks - left her on the case. What a travesty!
