@Joker-yw9hl Because the way Bezos treats his workers is appalling, and the way Facebook treats US is appalling, yet they earn more in a minute than most of us earn in a year.

@ta8258 The amount Bezos pays his workers is NOT the standard economy rate - it's way below - or was till he was forced to raise it. And even then, the way he TREATED those workers was a disgrace. His business is built on the back of the very worst kind of exploitation. Yuo don't get to say "making profit is what he does" and hand-wave away the appalling way he treated everybody. He paid so little taht the US taxpayer had to subsidise FULL TIME workers because they were not making a living wage. Just think about that - a percentage of every dollar you pay in tax, goes directly into BEZOS' pocket even if you are not a customer. Literal corporate welfare.
