  2.  @waladoopa2667  I think that price and time overruns are an inevitability on a project this size, regardless of who does it. Just look at Wembley Stadium. You restore to a price or a quality, and nobody wants a cut-price job on an iconic landmark. I'm just shocked that it cost this much - I mean 5 years wages for 100 people doesn't come to a fraction of taht budget, so why so expensive?
