  4. Research proposal - Computer says "Naaah." It's bad enough that AI is deciding what words we can say on youtube without these shitty systems being used to giv ethe thumbs down to people's life's work. I would remind you that a lot of modern technologies arose coincidentally, as a result of work by NASA. Imagine if AI had done a cost benefit or significance analysis of the space program?
