  2. Richard Maunder I never said it was just black people who get locked up, and why are you talking about black people in the UK and the Bahamas when this is a discussion about the American system. It's not racist to say that black people IN America are locked up at twice the rate of whites FOR THE same CRIMES because it's demonstrably true. Obama has put millions BACK into work. The problem is poverty caused by hundreds of years of white suppression and underinvestment.
