  1. By their very nature, ALL police forces are inwards looking, secretive, have superiority complexes and watch each other's back first. It's a police culture the world over, but in Britain it's exacerbated by Police rules against publicing such behaviour, reinforforced by leadership that is out of touch, and worsened still by government secrecy laws that can imprison people for revealing operational details. A perfect storm and the public are the victims.
