I have a grudging respect for this guy. Sure, he did some scummy things with the raffle, but when he was caught bang to rights, he took the ultimate responsibility for his life, and saved the state millions more dollars in fees.

@erossinema8797 Of course that wasn't why he did it, but he did it nevertheless. A millionaire doesn't get put into those kind of prisons.
