  8. Ironically the end result of BSE and Foot & Mouth is that British Cattle are now the most disease free in Western-Eurasia, and subject to much higher standards than any other on UK shelves. (because essentially the gov' ultimately decided to go dalek on the remaining cattle stock and start over from scratch) A lesson that could have struck anywhere that was trying said dodgy animal feed method; that hopefully all 200+ nations can learn from.
