The administration said long-term budget cuts have led to a 60% decrease in audits over the past decade on taxpayers earning over $1 million annually. So if the rich do'nt pay their taxes, the US needs to lend even more from China! Is that what you want?? Seriously, is that what you want??? You do'nt think we are not enough in debt with China??
