@Cletus-Beauregard1 The impeachment was NOT about Whitewater! It had nothing to do with it. Anyways, Starr made also a mess of Whitewater (Im pretty sure Bill Clinton was guilty) and later Starr had to resign as dean from Pepperdine University for a sexual abuse cover up. HOW IRONIC
