  4.  @crewchief5144  You are 100% wrong. You use words that have no meaning, and certainly no legal meaning. Twitter is NOT a public forum. To use Twitter, you have to sign in and agree to the TOS. That is a mutual binding contract. It has nothing to do with a 'forum' and certainly nothing to do with 'public'. If you are on Twitter, you are on the servers of Twitter , that is not a a public location. What you want to do is to take a private company , and nationalize it. That, my friend' is 100% PURE COMMUNISM. And its disgusting

I certainly do'nt! If somebody in my house says something i do'nt like, I kick them out. And you do the same. If somebody in your house says your mother is a b*tch, you will say: 'oh I respect your freedom of speech'??? YEA F RIGHT!!!! you know where you are if you are on Twitter ? You are at their servers using their electricity, their efforts, risk taking, ideas and personnel. All for free ! You are at their home, and they can do anything they want, just like you can do whatever you want at your home.
