He been appointed by Bush sr, who you voted for, and kept in position by his son, which you voted for. the reason why there is no vaccine for Aids is that is a totally different virus than the corona virusses, it's a virus that hides in the cells. For the other past corona virusses, (SARS and MERS) , there have been efforts to devellop a vaccine, only the virus faded before a commercial use was necessary. How come you don't know this?? This is common knowledge. Didn't you go to school?
