Bad things are already starting to happen. The CO2 has not risen so quickly in millions of years.

@ab-op1jk You have to go back more than 3 decades. Three decades is 1990. Climate changed a lot before then.

@w3bst3r123 What about co2 levels from core samples of the ice in Antarctica? The show CO2 levels have risen faster in the last 50 years than in millions of years previous.

@w3bst3r123 Air bubbles trapped in ice are the best proxy for past levels of CO2 that I know of. But say they don't exist. Why the extreme weather? This weather did not happen when I was a child. What about all the species going extinct? Obviously the earth has gone to great extremes before but most or all of that was before humans were around. And it didn't seem to happen as quickly.

@Willful Mystic I am not allowed to own a gun. I have no car to get out of the city. I have balance problems. So I cannot hunt. I do limit the amount of meat I eat to a few times per week. And I eat a little meat mixed with mostly vegetables for example.

@sirfitz8125 That is a good indicator but not the sole indicator of climate change. There are so many indicators of climate change that 90+ percent of scientists think it is happening.

@Stovepipe Downtube Yes, there is proof. It is in the ice of Antarctica. They drilled core samples and tested the air bubbles for CO2 levels. In millions of years CO2 has never risen as quickly as in the last 50 years. There is your proof.
