  2.  @damesaphira9790  Do they even know what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is? I doubt it. I have POTS which has almost the same symptoms as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had it 10 years before diagnosis. (It is diagnosed with a test by a cardiologist) I had no idea what was wrong with me. I doubt people often listen to homeless people if they complain about being too tired. Many people diagnosed with POTS were diagnosed with CFS first because very few doctors know about POTS. I have the luxury of owning a cell phone with internet access. I figured out what was wrong with me for this reason plus luck. Most homeless people are not going to be that lucky. The ones who have illnesses like this will never get noticed. People will just assume they are sick with something else.

  4. Anyone who has CFS symptoms might think about looking into P.O.T.S. It has very similar symptoms. The plus with POTS is it can be diagnosed with a test. This means they can't claim it is only in your head. Not all CFS people have POTS but some do.
