  2. Aren't they citizens of Spain? Can't they go to other islands or to Spain if they have to leave?

  4.  @chirapadron  Depends if their hometown is completely destroyed. I am not saying that anyone should leave. This video said during the eruptions twenty years ago some people moved to Venezuela and Cuba but that they were not good places to move now. Venezuela and Cuba are very far. I was just saying couldn't they move to Spain instead? I was NOT saying that they SHOULD move. Just saying that if they had to move there are other places besides Venezuela and Cuba.
