Wouldn't school be obliged to notify CPS in case there is signs that a kid has a mental condition that needs attention she is not recieving? The mental condition may be more obvious and visible when the kid is around more people in social situations compared to when she's at home with people who knows her well and reverse?

@jaclynmackay4320 Yeah, was thinking the same, if some kid seems to be in need of mental care that apparantly is not provided wouldn't school be to file a notification of concern to CPS? The behaviour may not be visible around in their home, or the parents may have other things that render them as insufficient parents?
