In worlds greatest drag race 1, the gtr was put against the 450hp gt3rs in worlds gelreatest drag race 2, the gtr was put against the 400hp Carrera s. of cause the dual clutch awd gtr would win against the manual rwd gt3ts and much less powerful carrera. The gt3 and carrera s are not the fastest accelerating Porsche, one of which is the turbo s, which won the drag race against gtr in this video stock vs stock.

  5. Did you mean "tie"? Ok then watch motortrend's gtr black edition vs 997 turbo s. It was the 2013 gtr black edition with 545hp vs 530hp 997 turbo s, which started production in 2010. The Porsche did the quarter mile in 10.9s @ 127mph while the gtr in 11.1s @ 124mph. I understand the gtr is a supreme cat in its own way and faster around a track, but stock vs stock it just isn't as fast as a 911 turbo s in a drag race.

  10. I'm not sure that's probably a 930 turbo just a internet picture. And yea the gtr is built to be tuned but it still isnt fair to race a stock factory car to a highly tuned car.
