@AlfieDoolittle I had to stop watching the Ukraine war as I found it crippling. I couldn't understand why cousins were fighting with each other and my own people. When this war broke out and my Arab family went overseas to visit their Arab family again I became distressed and that was 5 months ago. I've been praying for all this to stop to no avail. Then I picked up the Bible and started reading. I believe we are at Revelation thirteen which means God is allowing this and all nations are deceived. I thank God I am not experiencing these horrors personally and when my time is up here on earth, I'll be having a word to God about why. In the meantime try to take regular breaks and listen to spiritual music. It helps. The media is also at fault here as they continue to make money out of their circulations and depress societies from all the beauty in the world. Take care and may you have Peace of mind that you are not destined for eternal hardship in your spiritual life. ❤️🙏☮️
