Russia wants China to build the huge, very long and very expensive petrol pipe line with the Chinese money while Russia says that has no money to participate since all Russian money is all reserved to waste them in the war with Ukraine for the next few years, but Russia wants ownership over the pipe line that China will build if Russia accepts the low sale price for the gas. Therefore Putin takes Xi Jin Ping for a fool to invest almost a trillion dollars to build the pipe line just for Russia to have it in ownership in exchange for low gas price agreement (which by the way, you know how little you could trust Russian made agreement - example is the agreement with Ukraine before the war, that Russia betrayed since Russia lies, deceive a lot and is very hypocritical from ancient times starting with the Czars, then Lenin (a great hypocrite), then Stalin (another great hypocrite), then Putin (another great hypocrite, liar, great deceiver and genocide practitioner, a heinous murderer. Russia does not want China to have the ownership over the pipe line if it gets built with Chinese money and Chinese workers and then charge a goof fee from the gas that travels through the Chinese made pipe line crossing Mongolia, from the Mongol purchase of gas from Russia, because Russia is too greedy to share any of the money it gets from Mongolia through the pipe gas sale which is possible with a Chinese built gas pipe.
