The martial law decree possibility of activation by the executive civilian branch of the government, is included in the democratic constitution of South Korea, and is a democratic decree that could be activated by the Executive branch (meaning the civilian President + government) of South Korea which is also supported by 49% of the population represented by the minority 49% of the members of the parliament. If that is not democracy, then what could else be? The 51% of the parliament majority could legislate decree against the martial law but if the President veto's the anti-martial law decree, the decree it won't apply, therefore it could not stop the martial law. We have sent as a comment on YouTube channel titled "Silicon Curtain" the following comment and encouragement which we strongly believe that would increase (pro-Ukraine sympathy = good will toward Ukraine and) support among the English speakers, that would influence the politicians to fight and vote for a continuous support for Ukraine for the Ukrainian resistance and to remain free and sovereign, not subjugated by Moscow's Kremlin. The atomic nuclear radiation immediately after an explosion, becomes neutral when the three elements of the new weapon, gets immediately activated so that the only damage the nuclear missiles do when it explodes, is just the building or the place it falls over and the nearby buildings, but no atomic nuclear irradiation is possible for more than few meters away from such explosion, due to the new American secret weapon that Regan commissioned long time ago and got invented not to long time ago and now the USA got hundreds of thousand of them all across the USA. They are wonder weapons which you won't believe until you see. But have to remain classified until they get used when the USA gets attacked. He started the war to take control in few days up to a week, over Ukraine and failed; He sent a strong message to NATO that "Russia tolerates no NATO expansion" and he failed but scarring Finland and Sweden to apply and become NATO members, and Russia went to demilitarize Ukraine and demilitarized itself 😇

The martial law decree possibility of activation by the executive civilian branch of the government, is included in the democratic constitution of South Korea, and is a democratic decree that could be activated by the Executive branch (meaning the civilian President + government) of South Korea which is also supported by 49% of the population represented by the minority 49% of the members of the parliament. If that is not democracy, then what could else be? The 51% of the parliament majority could legislate decree against the martial law but if the President veto's the anti-martial law decree, the decree it won't apply, therefore it could not stop the martial law. And the martial law is needed to approve the strong budget for the military and the increase of the number of soldiers because few hundred thousand soldiers could not stop the few millions of North Korean communist soldiers from invading. Haven't you learn from what is going on in Ukraine which has less soldiers than Russia and keep loosing land ? ? ?
