In actual fact they were tools of The West. This group had recently smashed the ticket machines and turnstiles at Ma On Shan station and the man set afire was trying to stop them. They ones responsible later escaped to Taiwan. He "only suffered second degree burns and later recovered after receiving treatment in hospital" sounds like it was all his fault. Yes, there is a video. It shows him deliberately being set on fire and says a lot about the rioters (sorry, "peaceful protesters" as always described by Western politicians and media). One has to ask why so called "peaceful posters" were carrying flammable accelerant around with them.
