  3. 70's and 20's are a great time to buy stocks. After a 70% pop in bubbles that is spurred by the same Fed during decades in-between.

  4. Did anyone ask the Fed why they were stoking fomo and irrational exuberance? The bubble was to withstand the 50% drawdown as interest rates rose. There's no way Fed could raise rates above 5% without inflation above 5%. There's no way to provide long period of declining rates without period of higher rates.

  5. Just look at a chart of real rates. 50 year. Take solace that there's hope for 4 decades of growth after this. I said this last year.
