Everybody suspected a conspiracy behind karkare’s elimination from day 1, otherwise what explains the travelling of 3 top notch police officers together in the same police van when actually the situation required those three to advance from three different directions. The wife of, one of the dynamic top police officer Mr Kamtey - who had accompanied Karkare in that van and got eliminated- has also in her book hinted at some internal conspiracy behind 26/11. She has accused the establishment of creating several impediments in her quest to find the truth behind those attacks and whatever little records she could get to check from the establishment was only after the intervention of the court. It was than rumoured that Karkare was in possession of very sensitive cds’ containing terror plans of the far right including the one in which Mohan Bhagwat was also one of the target as the far-right considered the RSS as too mild.
