The absence of Justuce Quereshis name from the list indicates that the collegium is compromised n in a deal with the executive..

6:14 ; the collegium system was established to prevent the judiciary from becoming all inclusive ( meaning representative of various castes n religion that make up india). The executive under pressure from social groups was forced to appoint judges from the oppressed castes n other minorities and the same was resented by the manuwadis across the national parties. The collegium system has continued with the traditional domination of the oppressing castes members particularly the bamman caste which was declared misfit by the British to adjudicate owing to lack of judicial integrity. Therefore the only answer to the mess in the judiciary is to make it all inclusive by providing for reservations otherwise the present character of Indian judiciary will continue to remain doubtful …

@yugandharabarve6130 : now who is saying this? the one who has all along been the beneficiary of un-earned benefits under Varnashram-reservations for centuries. Please check the ownership pattern of wealth and resources in India; it still reflects the pattern as envisaged under Varnashram as 80% of wealth continues to be cornered by 10% Bania-bamman cabal.

@yugandharabarve6130 : Merit is the biggest myth in India else how do u explain india still importing all advance technologies n isn’t even capable of making the most minor of defence equipments such as hand-grenades leave alone MIGs, Jaguars & Rafaels …..

@yugandharabarve6130 : After the hilarious faith-based judgement given by the SC on babri-ram janambhumi & the banana-court type investigation by the SC in the matter of sexual harassment against its sitting CJI gogoi wherein the accused himself sat on judgement absolving himself of all charges the judiciary in India if is still considered as merit-based than its a typical case of intellectual dishonesty at its best.

@yugandharabarve6130 : u seem to have forgotten that the pvt sector is the most inefficient sector in India : please check the list of NPAs which has escalating in geometric progression ….hope u also know how crony capitalism influenced decisions in the case of Ruchi soya, Videocon etc …

@yugandharabarve6130 : what makes you feel that the present judges are competent and are chosen through a system that guarantees merit when all the appointments are on the basis of recommendations based crony-considerations; please check the list of the judiciary and you’ll find chacha-bhatijagiri at its best. I wonder how despite the recent quid pro quo episodes involving of ex judge mishra n gogoi you still opine that these jokers & sycophants are merit holders ….

Can you explain why the Supreme Court-which is suppose to guard the constitution of India - hasn’t taken any suo moto action, until now, against the anti-reservation protestors who had the audacity to burn the constitution right under its nose at Delhi. It is learnt that the petition of the public spirited orgn who tried to file the case against those culprits wasn’t accepted by the concerned court official. The act of burning the constitution is akin to insurrection just as the act of taking over the White House by the whites racists exhorted by Trump, whereas the US administration has already initiated legal proceedings against each one of those involved in the act but the Indian judiciaries silence is very disturbing and deafening; caste affiliation between the judiciary and those culprits cannot be ruled out behind this inaction ….
