Sadly in today’s India even the care takers of this nation are blatantly following divide and rule policy leading to erosion of trust and feeling of brotherhood. Before the moghuls capture of India it were the bammans who ruled various kingdoms through the kings and these very bammans welcomed the British taking over from Muslim rulers and also took employment in British administration in large scale ….

@Vi K : modis n Hindutvawadis have had been there always but weren’t so blatantly apparent as under the present govt. More number of Atrocities on Muslims hv taken place during congress’s rule than BJP’s and even though Rss got named as the mastermind in the reports of all commissions of enquiry the congress during their long rule treated them with kid gloves. The stone pelting in Kashmir and the forced exodus of Kashmiri pandits shld be seen from the prism of the systematic ethnic cleansing of Muslims - who were in sizeable minority- from Jammu reducing them to a minuscule minority there. In all post independence communal flare ups it’s the minority who were at the receiving end invariably. The character of the present government provides hardly any expectation of peaceful coexistence between various communities due to its open agenda to promote majoritarianism ….
