  2. India ranks first in responding to the risk of Corona just because lockdown was called just a couple of days before others like Italy Spain Iran USA? Than what about the modi administrations unforgivable delay in waking up tho the dangers of Corona even when it’s neighbour & trade partner China shutting down its own vibrant city of Wuhan two months ago ....... the govt shld hv started testing every passenger to India from Wuhan and the affected regions but the govt remained busy in Howdy-modi till February end and was caught off guard soon thereafter. Kudos to the CMs of Maharashtra Kerala & Delhi as they became active much before the PM .....
