  1. Kejriwal’s release is only because he has succumbed to the pressure exerted by bjp to nominate AAP candidates in all seats in the coming haryana elections. He was granted bail only after the expiry of the date to withdraw from elections thereby ensuring split in anti-bjp votes to the utter discomfort of the congress, otherwise what was the reason behind withholding the judgement after the hearing had concluded 7 days earlier. This is one more evidence of indian judiciary acting like a pliable bureaucracy under duress or temptations
