  5. Nobody can take away the power of SC to adjudicate on any issue covered by the constitution. The laws of the constitution covers every portion of land and water that makes India hence all institutions and individuals that exists in India should operate within the confines of the laws laid in the constitution. Otherwise under the garb of religion the agents of gods will start discriminating against anybody as per their whims & fancies ......
