The founders literally all say they are Marxist and that shapes this theory. You are arguing with the creators of CRT. He literally said the only reason there’s a critique of this theory is because there’s literally a critique of every theory. He also defined critical race theory is Marxism right off the bat, but he basically tried to say critical race theory is just saying all races are created equal and that’s not taught in schools. Really? Does he really think that’s not taught in schools and the equality of outcome is do systemic racism? That’s not being taught in any public schools dude? Did this moron just say Jim Crowe law treated the races equally? What an absolute moronic claim… it literally was openly designed to make black people legally recognize the second class citizens. Some segregation you could argue that was the case. But Jim Crowe law said black people had to give up their seats on public transportation for white people or they would be legally prosecuted in what f$cking world is that equal treatment Or color blind? Even if you are delusional enough to believe that, which he doesn’t he’s a disgusting liar with an evil worldview agenda and ideology to push, saying colorblind discrimination can exist is not a good reason for advocating for more laws that are not colorblind. If Color blind laws can be designed to affect certain groups disproportionately, how much more will a non-colorblind law affect other groups. Absolutely insanity. Isn’t it weird how people on the left believe Jim Crowe really affected black people and caused all this crime but not until Jim Crowe was actually removed? Black people were doing much better before Jim Crowe. I didn’t know the definition of Marxism and it originated from Marxism that all men are created equal. I’m pretty sure that was written in the constitution well before Karl Marx was even born. Like I’m pretty sure that’s written the freaking Bible dude lol that’s crazy he just takes one aspect the undergirds and is the belief of so many ideologies, some that completely contradict each other in some that are amazing and some that are awful and then say that is Marxism or imply if you disagree with Marxism you are disagreeing with the statement all men are created equal.
