  9. I don't understand the purpose of creating space habitats. We're increasing the number of people for what purpose? Just to have more people? I believe that humans should live on celestial bodies underground. That way we could put billions of people on the moon, and given that it has no oceans the usable surface area would be the same as the moon itself - it would be able to accommodate many more people. With less gravity we could build huge open spaces under the surface - claustrophobia is not a problem. Life on the moon would be little different from life in a city
