  2. It will take MINIMUM 15+ years AFTER fullfilling the Copenhagen Criteria, to get the UK back into the EU... The UK is moving away from fulfilling the Copenhagen Criteria at the moment. And it's the EU27, who decide, which country can join the EU and when, as EACH of the 27 EU member states have the right to veto, one veto is enough to stop the whole process...   3. Don't worry, it will take MINIMUM 15+ years AFTER fullfilling the Copenhagen Criteria for the UK to join the EU again....IF NONE of the 27 EU member states veto the UK joining....
