  7. That's a bit of an exaggeration. The sniping part you're thinking of comes from battles where experienced German crews faced hastily trained Russian ones. One's gunnery was better than the other's, although that wasn't the situation post-Kursk. Also, the Panzers weren't unreliable but instead not compatible with each having mostly it's own unique parts. Combine this with nightmare logistics and the collapse of parts factories meant it took ages to repair German tanks.
