@danielobrien8417 Weird reason. Vietnam also has its country impoverished by France.. yet they don't have "blame mentality" and they improve themselves to build their country, don't flood France with Vietnamese young men. While Africans corruption is the actual reason why Africa can't progress.

@sardonumspa8113 Vietnam is now quite a powerhouse in Southeast Asia, with fast economic growth (considering just started in 1993, Vietnam implemented an economic reform) many investors are interested in Vietnam. Particularly Japanese & Korean manufacturers who planned to move out their production facilities out from China. While Africa now keep blaming colonial this colonial that despite the actual root of all problems is their politicians' rampant corruptions.

@sardonumspa8113 $150 a month for a Vietnamese is still higher considering its reform from its communist-based economy to market-based economy was just less than 30 yrs ago, meanwhile the average minimum wage of African states like Mali are just $35 a month.🙄 African "Blame-ism mentality" while never fix the real problem at home: corruption of its own politicians.

@sardonumspa8113 Past is past, in the past Russia also helped Armenia.. now Russia is clearly unwilling and incapable of helping its allies in needs. So much that India then forms QUAD alliance and Vietnam signs an agreement with USA because of Russia's inability to prevent any of China's territorisl claim.

We Vietnam don't have anymore problem with the France now, because we are focusing on building our country instead of the never ending "blaming game" & never fixing the corruption like the Africans do. If there is a country which forced us to leave our territory recently, it is China, who claimed our sea!
