  2. @Big Rah Yes, because the drug cartels have friends in the police and get supplies of weapons from abroad.

  3. @Big Rah The same could happen in the US if the Justice Department will be corrupted and the police will become partners with the drug cartels. When that happens the USA will stop being a strong country and will collapse from within.
